Online Intensive Outpatient Program for Mental Health

Balance Life While Getting the Help You Need

At ABHC, we understand that not everyone needs a high level of care to treat a mental health disorder. On the other hand, some people may need more support than a regular outpatient program can provide. With intensive outpatient programming (IOP), you can strike a balance by getting in-depth behavioral health care and still maintain everyday obligations. And at ABHC, our IOP is held online, making it more convenient for Washington state residents to receive care, no matter their location.

What Is IOP?

IOP is considered a lower level of care. This means you don’t need hospitalization or around-the-clock supervision like you would in an inpatient, residential or partial hospitalization setting. Instead, IOP encompasses an average of nine hours per week that’s dedicated to individual and group therapy. The time is broken up into three-hour sessions three times per week, lasting four to six weeks total. This schedule allows you to get the concentrated treatment needed to manage and overcome a mental health disorder without leaving your job, school or family for an extended period of time.

Why Online IOP at ABHC?

As a leading provider of mental health disorder services in Washington state, ABHC uses evidence-based treatment that is carried out by a supportive staff of psychiatrists, ARNPs, psychologists and certified counselors. Here’s why you should consider IOP at ABHC:

  • Attend online meetings from anywhere.
