Michael is excited to work with the team at ABHC and further integrate substance use disorder and mental health care for the region’s patients. Michael is married and has three children, and enjoys spending time outdoors, such as hiking and fishing. He has lived in western Washington for the past 23 years.
Clinical Outreach and Marketing Liaison

Alison has been a part of ABHC since its inception in the ‘90s. She has proudly seen it grow from a two-room substance use agency to a multi-faceted behavioral health care facility, with four locations in the Seattle area. While at ABHC, Alison has done everything – from answering phones to administering TMS treatments to patients struggling with depression. With a degree from the University of Florida in sociology and a minor in psychology, the desire to work with people comes naturally. After university, Alison spent three years in Japan and traveled in Southeast Asia, which gave her insight into other cultures and human relationships. Currently, Alison focuses her energy on sharing how ABHC and its parent company, Discovery Behavioral Health, can offer services to help those in need. When not working, Alison enjoys photography, walking in the woods with her dogs and her ultimate joy, spending time with family.
Data Analyst & Project Manager

Leah has been working for Associated Behavioral Health Care since August 2016 in various roles. Currently, Leah is the data analyst and a project manager. In addition, she oversees the records/evaluation department. During her time at ABHC, Leah has contributed and worked to improve not only the evaluation department, but also the care center, authorization/benefits group, the prescription department, marketing and TMS. Leah has played a vital role in updating policy and procedures throughout the company’s departments and lines of service. She received management and other skills necessary for these roles through onsite experience and her BLA from Columbia College of Chicago. Leah’s passion and empathy for others shines through in everything she does. Her current goals are to use data to help ABHC continue to grow while providing care to as many people who suffer from behavioral health ailments as possible.
Patients Accounts Manager
Started at ABHC in 2003
Jason has worked with Associated Behavioral Health since 2003 in various roles. He started off in a front desk administrative role and has moved into various administrative roles at each location that we offer and is one of the longest running employees within the company. Currently, he is the patient accounts manager as well as the system administrator for our electronic healthcare system. Jason is also a certified instructor for the Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS).
He has several years of accounting education and experience from Central Washington University which aids him in reviewing the patient accounts as well as providing financial analyses for the rest of the management team.
He prides himself on his attention to detail and being able to help our patients to navigate their way through financial challenges. He helps them understand their insurance coverage which can be difficult to comprehend and looks forward to many more years of helping patients alongside the company.

Danielle has worked at Associated Behavioral Health Care since May 2012. Currently, she is the practice administrator for ABHC. She started with the company as a patient care center representative and front desk administrative assistant after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University. In her free time, Danielle enjoys experiencing live music in the Seattle area, spending time with family and friends, and is an avid Seahawks fan.
Started at ABHC in 2017
Veronica started working for Associated Behavioral Health Care in 2017. Her starting role was as controller. She put her energy into creating working budgets for each department, managing accounts payable, payroll and human resources. Her role with ABHC has evolved over the years. She has taken on the role of facilities manager for all four locations. Veronica plays a vital part in managing the employee HR system, and she continues to work with all employees as an advocate and a peer. In addition, she is the acting recruiter for all ABHC.
